Thank you for choosing Rose Healing Arts; we look forward to supporting you on your healing journey. I understand that unanticipated events occur. Please adhere to the following information when booking a session.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay for the full amount of the session. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

No Shows

Clients who do not arrive for scheduled appointments will be charged in full to the payment on file.

Late Arrivals

We cannot guarantee the full appointment time to clients who arrive late. We will gladly provide what services we can in the time remaining. Clients who arrive late will be charged the full appointment price. We recommend all clients arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

Misconduct Policy

We have a zero tolerance policy as it regards to sexual or unprofessional misconduct of any kind. The client understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be charged for the full cost of the scheduled appointment. Clients will also be banned from booking future services at Rose Healing Arts.

Confidentiality

All client sessions and exchanges of information will remain confidential between the practitioner and client.
